This wedding was so fun to shoot because I got to do it with my talented friend TJ. I was her second camera and that made for great team work. Especially with the groomsmen. ; ) They worked it a lot, Zoolander style. They were really fun to work with even though it was very cold that day. To see more stunning images due to bride and photographer visit TJ's blog. Awesome stuff. I just had fun editing a few of the balloon images I took. I knew our couple was fun and would be up for anything so TJ kindly indulged me with the red balloon and we had some fun results. Congratulations love birds!!!

I met these two dolls when they were one and a half as cute little skunks running through the pumpkin patch, away from my camera, that is. Over the last two years they have warmed up to me and even have to show me their freshly painted toes now a days. I can't get enough of them, although the don't let me take advantage of them. ; ) Only so many pics, so little time. It started raining on us this day, so this is all we got, but mom and I couldn't be happier. See you next time cutie patooties!!!
I couldn't resist showing a few sweet pics of this handsome little man. He came a few months ago and is growing way too fast, as they always do. That's what makes these shots so memorable and dear. It truly is capturing the sparkle in your life. Priceless!

It's true! This awesome family was almost arrested for being so good looking!!! ; ) OK, I might be exaggerating a bit, but we did have an RCMP watching us, circling, and then drove right up to us. I was a bit nervous, but reassured my family that I have permission to trespass, and that we won't be riding in the back of his car to end our session. I had a lovely chat with the officer, as he told me he watched us at first to make sure we weren't causing (too much) mischief, and he couldn't really tell! Hee, hee. Needless to say, their session was arresting! (hardy, har, har)

This precious little bundle o' joy is so cute, but wasn't so willing this night. There is a precious one with dad holding him and a large wet spot on dad's arm that I didn't photoshop out, it was too funny. The babes always seem to get dad when the diapers come off. This cutie patootie is almost too big for his saddle. One of his many cousins has a similar saddle pic when he was a newborn too. (to see it go to Shannon Pratt Photography, sooo cute!) I'm sure grandpa is just tickled with his posterity and so is our new mom & dad. Congratulations on your growing family.
This pretty new mama was a great model and endured through the evening, and mosquitoes, ending with a gorgeous sunset to boot! She was so kind to let me keep her a bit longer than usual because her husband was on the ranch and baby wasn't ready. ; ) He is healthy and so handsome. Congratulations mom & dad!

This Back to School session was a blast! These two "model" students were so fun to be with. They smiled for me 'til they couldn't smile any more. They took me to this fabulous spot and we even had a chicken/rooster (whatever it was it wanted to be free) escape near by and was heading for us. It was hilarious. That pic will be on their slideshow. Everywhere we turned there was something to discover or play with. I loved it and loved being with these two and their sweet, patient, mom who let me load up the back of her van with some antiques after we were done! Again, thanks for the great time and for being so stinkin' cute! The rest of their session can be viewed in the FEATURED SESSION section on the website. Be sure to check out these star pupils. ; )

This beautiful and patient graduate of 2009 was so fun and willing to go any where and try anything. We did her formals the day of grad and then she patiently waited until July to have her casuals done. We have tons of great shots and there is no way I can even come close to posting all of them. This is just a rough draft and I will have them all in my FEATURED SESSION on my website this week. Thanks so much chica!!! P.S. Double click the image to see images full size.

How handsome is this little guy? He didn't really think this was a good time at first (first pic) but once he got snuggled up and comfortable he slept so peacefully and totally defenseless to what mom & I could do to him. We did take it easy on little Nixon, and he worked his magical little self frame after frame. Sweet dreams, sweet baby and see you in six months! ; )
